We refuse to use expensive bottles and luxurious packaging, though they may be popular, so that we can give you more bang for your buck. Every cent that you invest is put into formulation that’s more effective, stable and natural. We will not design pretty but impractical packaging, but using the lowest cost possible, we design eco-friendly packaging that meets your expectation.

Niuer is an advocate for environment-friendliness, and following his advocacy, Naruko’s artistic director specially designed a unique five-fold box for the brand. This design eliminates the pasting process, removing the need for glue that is bad for the earth. It also uses the least material possible to create the box that still serves its purpose of effectively protecting the product. There are also different designs, which are in line with the collection’s concept, both inside and outside the boxes. Consumers can choose to reuse the beautiful boxes, converting them into pen holders, pencil cases, namecard holders, etc. We hope that through this process, consumers can experience the Naruko “Love yourself = Love the earth” concept.

Because of this attitude towards practicality, we are able to have a design breakthrough, and produced the first ever eco-friendly artistic box. The concept was nominated for the International Package Design Awards (IPDA) 2011. We are proud to be a Made-In-Taiwan brand competing on the same platform as other famous international brands. The awards ceremony took place at New York’s Times Square, and Naruko’s design received tremendous attention from the international media.
