• The reward point system commences on 19 Jan 2012. All orders prior to the date are not eligible to earn points.
• Reward points earned have no expiry and are permanent
• Earned points in a transaction will be added to your account within 3-5 working days and you'll be able to use the points in the next purchase
• The points are limited only to the registered accounts, are non transferable and exchange for cash is not allowed. 
• For registered customers who purchase in our office, you'll still be able to earn points. Points earned can be used in your next purchase.
• Each dollar spent can earn you up to 1 reward point. 
• NARUKO Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and condition without prior notice.

• To redeem products using your reward points, follow the steps below:
  1) Login to your member account
  2) Go to the reward store and select the products you want to redeem
  3) Go to the shopping cart page and click on the reward point section
  4) Enter the points and click on the "Apply Points" button to redeem the product.
