We ship within Singapore via Ninja Van.

Free shipping for orders of more than S$59!

Delivery Timing
Order processing cut-off time: 12 noon (Mon-Fri).

After verify your payment, your parcel will be arranged to pick up on the same day.

Estimated delivery time 3 to 5 working days after pickup notification sent via SMS/email from our courier partner Ninja Van on your tracking no.

Payment made after 12pm on a working day (Mon-Thur, except Friday), order will be processed on the next day.

You may leave your notes in the checkout page ’Step 4: Delivery Method' and we will pass the information to our courier partner.

Note: Please ensure someone is available to acknowledge receipt of the parcel to prevent any delay on receiving your products.

Email Notification
When a shipping order has been created, you'll receive an email with the tracking code.

Delivery Area
Our shipping companies do not deliver to areas that are remote or that required security Pass/ Clearance, safety briefing or donning of safety gears.

Your Mailing Info
Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number will be used by the shipping company to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your orders.

Note: If your order is returned to us due to a wrong delivery address and/or wrong contact number, you'll need to confirm with us the updated address and we'll redelivery the products to you. However, you'll have to pay for the redelivery cost.
